A fast-growing Educational Software company in the Toms River area is searching for Call Center representatives to join its team. This is an entry-level role with full training. If you are pleasant and energetic and are great on the phones with good computer skills you will thrive with this company! In this role, you will be handling inbound calls handling inquiries regarding the software. Be able to understand how the software operates will be important for this role; technical computer skills are a must. The hours areÂMonday-Friday and do range between 8 AM - 8 PM. These roles are contract to hire.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Speaking with teachers and school administrators
Must be willing to cover rotating shifts
Intermediate to Advanced computer knowledge required
Well spoken and professional attitude
Strong time management skills
Must be able to multitask
