Our client provides innovative technology to clients across the United States. They are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with Salesforce experience to maintain relationships and expand the customer base.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Promote relationships and brand loyalty through communication with customers and sales representatives by handling incoming phone calls and e-mails

Accurately capture information and update systems appropriately

Receives, processes, and verifies accuracy of orders before entering orders

Strive to fulfill requests during initial contact with the customer

Resolve a variety of order-related issues about products and basic marketing issues

Handle potential negative situations with customers and sales representatives with tact and diplomacy

Foster communication and strong relationships with all members of the team

Investigate issues that require further research

Assist the department with additional duties as directed by the Manager and provide timely completion of special tasks when requested

Ensure proper execution of any other projects or tasks as assigned by management

Help provide backup support to other team members as necessary

Maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

2 years of previous customer service experience

Working knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is a MUST

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to quickly establish rapport/relationships via telephone conversation

Ability to present a positive spin on disappointing news

Computer literate with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Ability to deal with frustrated and angry customers

Able to prioritize own work depending on call and email volume

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education Requirements:

College degree in Business Administration or related field
