Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Customer Support Representative for our client in Edison New Jersey. This is a first shift opportunity, 8am - 5pm, offering $16/hr - $18/hr.Job Responsibilities:Data Entry / Filing / Customer Service (speak to clients on the phone)Heavy Inbound Calling ExperienceTroubleshoot various types of problems - Handling irregularities and prevent re-occurrenceProvide excellent customer serviceRespond to all inquiries in a timely mannerHigh volume of phone calls Receive required requisitions from customersCoordinate with other departments for shipping/packingEnsure that files contain all necessary document copies in proper sequenceOther duties as assigned by managementJob RequirementsAt least 1+ year experience in Customer Service orPro-active, detail oriented, and able to multi-taskMust possess a sense of urgency and dedication to meet all deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsShift:
