Cleaning company looking to hire experienced office manager looking for part time work. Daily responsibility include:

-Incoming calls and scheduling of services within a CRM software

-Managing technician daily work orders and client follow up

-Quickbooks for Mac data entry for receivables and payables

-Managing weekly janitorial jobs and employee assignment

-Direct monthly mailers and follow up with clients to increase sales

-Inventory management and ordering.

Weekly hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8am - 5pm. Interested candidate needs to be proficient in customer service and scheduling and accounting programs. Paid vacation and sick time and the flexibility that comes with working in a privately owned company
