We are looking for an experienced, self motivated, assertive, organized professional Book Keeper to join our team.
Job Responsibilities included:
- Download all activity from bank statements and credit card activities insuring that all transactions are recorded in the appropriate G/L categories.
- Post payroll and payroll taxes to the appropriate G/L categories
- Post deprecation expense and accumulated deprecation to the appropriate G/L Categories
- Prepare reconciliations for all Balance Sheet Accounts and various P & L Accounts on a monthly basis.
- Telephone and email contact with clients/customers.
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Participate in meetings and problem solving initiatives.
- Ability to work overtime as needed (not often) to meet deadlines.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good telephone demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
- Self motivated and ability to take initiative and multi task.
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Must be organized and accurate with attention to details and quality.
- Must be able to work independently as well as being a team player.
- Must be highly proficient in computer skills, which would include but not be limited to, excel,word, QuickBooks word perfect, drop box and other applications.
