Trader, Portfolio Optimization

The Portfolio Optimization Trader will execute DEB trades and optimize Client portfolios. This role must assure Direct Energy's and Client's market positions remain confidential at all times. The employee must have the ability to act independently to analyze and execute responses to emerging market conditions. The employee will assure accurate trade execution. The employee must have the ability to work non-standard business hours. Employee responsibilities specifically include, but are not limited to, the execution of: DEB Risk Management and Client agreements.Accountabilities: Manage strategy and execute trades to achieve targets. Assure adherence to all Direct Energy company credit, compliance, and risk policies. Perform advanced technical and analytical functions. Responsible for capturing all relevant trade data in the appropriate system. Create operational and financial reports as required. Manage all settlement calculations to assure accuracy.
