business partners in order to understand the structure, policies and operations
of an organization and recommend solutions that enable the organization to
achieve its goals. This particular role
is for the RCS Robotics Team where automation capabilities will be developed
for the businesses we support.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Accurate translation of business needs intorequirements that are understood by all stakeholders
Achieve consensus across stakeholders by drivingclarity around needs, findings, gaps and mitigation measures
Define, validate and deliver solutions that meetbusiness needs/goals/ objectives/budget
Elicit and document business requirements, risksand priorities to establish a clear understanding of the stakeholders’environment in support of solution development through automation and robotics
Research other internal / external approaches toautomated solution design for similar business needs / requirements
Analyze/interpret business requirements andperform current/target/gap/impact analyses
Articulate business needs, gaps, impact acrossall areas and proposals to close gaps
Validate that the proposed/designed solution(s)and associated testing approach will support meeting the articulated businessrequirements in partnership with the IT Robotics team
RequiredQualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of analyst experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience with documenting,analyzing, and creating business process models and maps
Minimum of 1 year of experience with processimprovement, business process design, and/or project management experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the financial services orinsurance industry
PreferredQualifications:
BA/BS degree
Writing Requirements or User Stories
Exposure to or general knowledge of customerjourney maps
Analytics reporting experience or exposure usingTableau, Excel/VBA, or PL/ SQL, etc.
System analysis and evaluation: Able to quickly learn and understand howdifferent systems generally operate together
Experience or exposure with robotics, programingor the IT industry is a plus:
Web Technologies such as Java/.NET, Python, Javascript, or XML
Automation technologies such as AutomationAnywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism
Knowledge on web and application servers
Experience in bank operations is a plus
