Description SHIFT: Day JobSCHEDULE: Full-timeCompliance Consultant Sr. Open to remote or any Anthem office with Louisville, KY preferred.Responsible for delivering and executing foundational and strategic compliance responsibilities with consistent excellence that support the team and management at the most senior advanced level. This position will be primarily focused on material and project management. Primary duties for this most senior advanced level position, with moderate complexity and defined/localized scale include, but are not limited to:

Provide support to projects, initiatives, evaluation and development of compliance and educational materials.

Design, communicate, implement, and maintain oversight of plans for completing projects.

Create and drive strategy for material development and management.

Apply critical thinking to formulate strategies and concepts that drive results, persuade and influence others, adapt to change, and manage conflict.

Report, communicate, and research laws, regulations, requirements, regulatory audits and/or exams.

Other compliance related duties, as needed.

Qualifications Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS, at least 5 years of health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

Requires proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Must have experience and be comfortable conducting training or presentations to a small, medium, and large audience via web conference or face-to-face setting.

Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities required.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience developing educational materials is preferred.

Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Medical coding or Medicare Risk Adjustment experience preferred.

Marketing and/or journalism experience preferred.
