CareMore and Aspire serve the most vulnerable populations from complex chronic care to palliative care through mobile care, care center based care and virtual care.We use clinical programs and services where clinicians and non-clinicians are aligned and coordinated as a team to meet the medical, behavioral and social care needs of our patients. Extensivists and Case Management are a central part of our model. CareMore Extensivists serve a unique role of caring for patients across multiple settings, serving as an extension of the role of the Primary Care Provider during and after hospitalization to ensure sustained care.The INTERN will be fully integrated within a team, contributing to planning and implementation of initiatives, such as:

National engagement and outreach

Business development/growth

Clinical learning and development

Clinical redesign/innovation

Other priority strategic initiatives across the enterprise

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Review and provide insight into industry research along with recommended actions and strategies

Prepares strategic analyses and recommendations to help develop long-term divisional strategy and evaluate new business initiatives

Performs industry research and analysis

Prepares business plans in conjunction with divisional management, assessing industry trends and competitive dynamics, and developing strategic company and industry overviews

Formulates presentations to share findings and recommendations for senior management critical to the decision making process

Communicates findings and makes recommendations on issues under review

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in business, public health, or health administration at an accredited college or university

Health care consulting experience in strategy and/or operations or experience with process improvement and systems redesign initiatives
