Job Description SummaryUS Sales Effectiveness and Enablement is a strategic Center of Excellence designed to increase sales results, productivity, and enhance professional development through integrated processes, training, and coaching and is enabled by technology.Reporting to the US Sales Effectiveness Director, the Sales Effectiveness Curriculum Manager is responsible to enhance our existing onboarding program and lead our new hire curriculum for Sales and Sales Management in their first year. They will work closely with the business unit Training team and will focus on Talent Development that accelerates speed to impact for our new hires and a strong foundation for professional development.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Leads the execution of new hire onboardingevery2weeks for all US businesses
Leads the execution of Manager onboardingbi-annually for all US businesses
Maintains onboardingcurriculum
Manages relationship with guest speakers
Establishes Pre-onboardingplan for new hire and coordinates with business Training Manager
CoordinateswithbusinessTraining Manager to develop a1 yearplan focusing on professional development
Works inalignmentwith Sales Operations and Training Coordinator for logistics and onboarding workflow
Room Coach for SPI classes (14 classes)
Responsible for training and execution ofAccountManagementcurriculum
Support Sales Enablement Manager’s in the execution and coaching of BD’s core selling classes
Position Requirements
BA Required
Min. 3 years related experience in Training and Development, or education
Demonstrates knowledge in adult learning principles
Min. 2 year Management experience or related experience
Basic knowledge with PPP, Excel, Salesforce.com, Outlook, and Microsoft Word
