Market Coordinator - 2000823##DescriptionThe Market Coordinator is responsible for supporting relationship management teams through processing various administrative and operational activities related to client investment, banking and fiduciary and advisory products.This role will be responsible for financial consultant (FC) cluster changes, FC account assignment changes, on-boarding, calendar management, maintain documentary files for FINRA OSJ requirements, manage and escalate mandatory CE delinquencies, manage and escalate training delinquencies, manage schedules for Field Management, partner scheduling, and branch visit calendars.RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTS:
Coordinates and monitors training for new associates
Collaborates and contributes to all Regulatory Audit Requests
Formulates a strong understanding of required steps involved with each request, communicating with relationship management and operations teams as appropriate to obtain necessary information to properly execute the requested activity
##QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree; in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent work experience in Investment IndustryWORK EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years; Experience in investment industry either in operations, back office support or field financial consulting or equivalentLICENSE/CERTIFICATION: FINRA 7 and 66 and Life and Health insurances preferredSKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to work under pressure with changing work requirements

Good understanding of equity, fixed income and cash investments
