Team Member - Part Time

The QuickChek Store Team Member’s goal is to provide Total Customer Dedication in servicing customers. We call it TCD, and it means Store Team Members need to be friendly, energetic, and serve our customers efficiently. Working as part of a team to assist in achieving store objectives, following all safety and operating procedures, and adhering to fresh food handling guidelines and standards is key to this role. Provide exceptional customer service Sweep, mop and clean as necessary Keep store neat and orderly (including bathrooms) Follow proper guidelines for food preparation, cash handling, timekeeping, sanitation and all other procedures Price, pack-out and face grocery/other orders Cross-train in deli, branded foods, bakery and cashier duties. Adhere to loss prevention guidelines Other duties/responsibilities as assigned Ability to communicate and engage in friendly conversations with customers and team members Strong attention to detail Able to work in a team and independent work environment Timely arrival & excellent attendance record Stand - Continuously Bend/Squat/Twist – Frequently Reaching – Frequently Work in cold environment – Occasionally Lifting Up to 10lbs – Continuously
