Construction Project Engineer

My client is a well established civil contractor that has worked with some NJ's largest state agencies. They are actively looking to bring on a Construction Project Engineer that has abilities to read blueprints and coordinator with vendors. They currently have a millions in the backlog and want to bring someone on to develop into a project manager.
