Client Support Specialist is the first person a client interacts with when contacting CfPA. The CSS will positively represent CfPA by handling each call, chat or email as a valuable, potential client. The CSS will take every measure to answer questions, solve problems, offer course suggestions and ultimately encourage the client to register for a course. The CSS will work closely with their CfPA colleagues to obtain the necessary information to ensure the client receives prompt and accurate service.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure positive client experience through high quality service and communication thereby attaining client retention.
Handle client support related incoming requests received through multiple methods.
Respond to and resolve client inquiries through research and follow up.
Capture client information, inquiry and problem-solving process such as decisions made, actions involved and outcome.
Update on status and completion of inquiries to team member through all means of communications.
Enhance CfPAs positive image by interacting with team members, vendors and clients.
Qualifications
College degree preferred or associated experience in training industry.
3-5 years experience in the training industry in client support.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills, both oral and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
Dependable and prompt.
Ability to act diplomatically
