Property Management Company is seeking an experience maintenance supervisor for large apartment community in Burlington. Must have experience in all aspects of property maintenance and management; will be responsible for all upgrades, turnovers and repairs & snow removal. Must have experience in painting, electrical and HVAC as well as computer skills. Must have HVAC certification and previous apartment maintenance experience.
The candidate will be in charge of 6 maintenance technicians, ordering supplies, scheduling repairs and inspections; will need to keep track of all progress in all vacant apartments and service requests and provide a weekly status report. Must have excellent customer service skills to interact with residents, employees, customers and vendors, must be available for on-call rotation.
Professional attitude, highly motivated to meet goals and deadlines. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Vacation, PTO, health benefits and 401K available. Serious inquiries only. On site apartment available.
