Manufacturing company has a customer service and administrative assistant position.
The candidate will assist the office manager in various administrative tasks, including:
-Purchasing of raw materials and other supplies
-Processing incoming orders
-Follow up with production personnel on order status
-Communication with customers and suppliers
-Filing and other administrative duties
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
Experience in accounting is a plus.
Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be well organized and detail oriented.
