QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum requirement of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a fast-paced/high volume kitchen.
- Kitchenware knowledge
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in the U.S
- Must have non-slip shoes and chef jacket
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cleaning up station
- Answering, reporting and following executive or sous chef's instructions
- Complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers
