Financial company is looking for Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
-Assist with customer inquiries by use of phone, chat, SMS or email
-Research status of customer orders, returns, and shipping status
-Initiate issue process for claims, item orders, and returns
Candidates will need strong communication skills and be detail oriented. Prior experience in Customer Service is a plus! Must be someone with a positive, self- starter personality. Experience preferred but not needed willing to train the right person could potentially turn into a full-time in the future.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
Quick learner for a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem solving, negotiating and customer service skills
Must be organized and accurate with attention to quality and detail
Ability to work independently but also a team player
Proven customer support experience
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Experience in sales is a plus
