Warehouse office in Monroe Township NJ is looking for a customer service/shipping clerk :
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for entire order cycle from order receipt to invoicing
Provide fast, courteous responses to clients emails and phone calls50+ per day
Daily monitoring of clients open order report
Manage special work orders to meet ship datesticketing, hanger work, repacks, UPC placement
Provide daily updates to clients regarding shipment status
Responsible for the routing of all outbound freight via phone, email and online websites
Organize necessary documents for shipping- bill of ladings, packing lists, commercial invoices
Must be able to start immediatelyfull time position8am till 430pm
Salary based on experience - no benefits available at the present time.
