Theproduction department deals directly with touring artists’ production staff of the past, present,and future while working closely with venue staff, supply vendors and local labor to achieve itsgoals of producing concerts and events for patrons. After the initial booking of an event, theproduction department is responsible for executing all event operations (i.e. transportation,hotels, catering, venue setup, equipment rentals, assign local labor, parking, etc.)Production RunnerAs a runner in the production department, you will be responsible for driving vehicles (rented orpersonal) for the tour on show dates. Several responsibilities include transportation of crew toand from airports, shuttles to hotels before, during, and after shows, purchasing variousproducts/materials that the tour may require at local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target,Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center etc.), facilitating crew meal orders after shows with localrestaurants, coordinating laundry pickups with the tour, and various duties on-site at the venue(signage, catering assistant, chef assistant, etc.)This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands on practical experience in the liveentertainment industry.Job Requirements

Must have a valid state issued driver’s license with good driving record

Reliable transportation

Adept knowledge of the local area and local stores/restaurants

Ability to use personal vehicles for events preferred

Ability to safely drive 15 passenger vans preferred

Personal Requirements:

Must be highly flexible and have the ability to work long hours

Strong interpersonal skills

Intricate attention to detail

Reliable, enthusiastic, and a positive attitude is essential

Proficient oral and written communication skills
