We will provide you with:
- Regular Repair Jobs : fix2U's national marketing and brand building exercises mean you will receive a regular stream of repair jobs from HQ. As well as repair jobs with the general public, fix2U have numerous corporate clients under contract, who provide us with a constant stream of repair work.
- Tools and Spare Parts : Get the best tools in the industry plus access to premium parts, hand selected by our expert team. Offer your customers the fix2U 5 Year warranty on all repairs.
- Customer Service Team : Our dedicated customer support team will manage all customer enquiries and issues - leaving you free to focus on what makes you money.
- GPS Dispatch System : Local customers who need a repair are connected directly to you through our iOS or Android app. Customers receive SMS notifications and can track your arrival to their location on a map
- Community : Join a growing team of nationwide Repair Heroes who are all available via our real-time online portal for information sharing and mutual support.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Experience - you must have at least 2 years of experience repairing a range of mobile phone and tablet brands.
- Transport - you must have your own transport - bike / scooter / motorbike or car.
- Great With People - you love people, and love helping them – previous customer service experience will be helpful.
