Career Foundations Program

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for our Career Foundations Program. This program is an 8-month rotational learning experience based primarily in our Newark, NJ office starting June 2021. (The program is subject to being run virtually due to COVID-19)

As an Associate, you will gain business experience through a series of job rotations within the Global Technology Operations organization. During your rotations, you will have the opportunity to observe, participate, and report on business processes and gain valuable insight on our best management practices. Your rotations may include, but are not limited to Account Management, Business Process Operations, Innovation/Strategy, Product Management, and/or Technology. At the end of the program, you will be placed into a full-time position based upon your skills and style.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn more about the rapidly growing financial technology area. Our objective is to equip you with a comprehensive understanding of the Broadridge businesses, and the core values and skills necessary for a successful career. Qualifications

• BA/BS in all majors. GPA of at least 3.0
• Graduation Date Fall 2020 through Spring 2021
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Thrives in a rapidly changing and diverse environment
• Interest and a real passion for learning about the FinTech industry
