Must have reliable transportation, drivers license, vehicle insurance.
Must be able to complete task in a timely manner and must be experienced to address the following: exterior/interior building maintenance, apartment turnovers, painting, drywall repairs, lock set changes, interior/exterior door replacement, light plumbing to include: kitchen faucet replacement, vanity sink and toilet replacement.
Flexible work week 3-4 days, great opportunity to grow!
