Soil-Away specializes in flood, fire, mold and bio-hazard damage cleanup for residential and commercial properties throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. What do Disaster Restoration Technicians do?
Be a 24/7 emergency front-line responder. The goal is to stabilize properties and minimize damages after a flood or fire.
Turn a negative situation into a positive one for our clients. You will start to turn around their bad day by helping them recover from property disaster.
Work with a crew to clean and restore properties: remediate mold, extract water, clean soot damage, demolition and debris removal.
Work with other members of the Soil-Away team to coordinate successful projects: crew chiefs, project managers and estimators.
Document projects for insurance companies and claim files: take photos, job notes, moisture readings, and sketches.
Be responsible for company assets such a vehicle cleanliness, tool functionality and equipment maintenance.

What previous experiences are helpful?
IICRC certifications and/or cleaning and restoration experience
Construction or other specialty trades (HVAC, carpentry, flooring, landscaper, etc…)
Janitorial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, laborer
Fast-paced service or retail industry jobs (restaurant server, auto-detailing)
