Responsibilities:
Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text using our CRM system
Work with a database of potential buyers and sellers to generate new business
Be comfortable talking to new people, setting appointments, conducting open houses and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Conduct buyer consultations and show home to clients that meet their criteria.
Stay up to date with latest market trends, attend on-going training to continue to grow and thrive in the industry.
We are looking for a full time agent, however, are open to the right part time agent if the goal is to transition into this career full time.
Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills and willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies, and become familiar with the local real estate market.
Real estate experience not required, but must have or be willing to obtain a real estate license.
This is a commission-based position paid based on your performance. Our company offers multiple streams of income. You will be given all of the systems, support and tools in order to generate a 100K plus income.
