We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Maintenance & Some Construction work Position opening in the Greater Nashua, N.H This versatile individual will be responsible for the general maintenance and some construction for over 40 units of residential housing. We have properties that have been well maintained in the Greater Nashua Area. We are offering a position that is 40+ hours a week with paid overtime.
Your responsibilities include:
Rehabbing our properties (Multifamilies)
Completing work orders
Unit turnovers
Preventative maintenance
Grounds keeping
On-call duties
As a member of the team, you must have the following qualifications:
Previous building maintenance experience.
Painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry and HVAC knowledge and experience.
Owner has various licenses where you will be working an apprentice/trainee under him.
The ability to participate in emergency on-call service and emergency snow removal.
Good customer service philosophy and a positive attitude.
Good communication and organizational skills.
The ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
A valid Driver's License.
Access to a reliable vehicle.
English speaking skills required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus.
