These are general assemblers (if candidates have machine operator experience all the better). They will be running a manual assembly machine (it's not that hard to be honest).
2nd (hours are 3 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. PR: $15.73
3rd (hours are 11 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. PR: $16.45
Candidates will be performing bench assembly and machine operating.
Product are on the smaller scale.
We are looking for a combination of machine operators (light machinery operation) and some assembly
Reads work orders
Follow production drawings and sample assemblies or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Position and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in fixtures or other holding devices.
Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as cleaning, testing, stamping, etching, inspecting, and color coding parts and assemblies.
Perform online go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards
Performs bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies, using hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling
Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
