Flexible Schedule 5 to 10 hours per week
Part time maintenance technician for four condo associations.
Must have basic electrical/plumbing/ HVAC/carpentry repair skills.
Responsibilities include:
Completion of all types of work orders from residents.
Must be able available to complete "On-call" duties if needed.
Maintenance Technician may be asked to coordinate and/or track the work of subcontractors.
Conducting property inspections.
Complete preventative maintenance activities.
Full knowledge of property's emergency procedures.
Perform all required duties in a professional and confidential manner.
Maintenance technician positions require that an individual be able to lift moderate weights of between 30-60 lbs. on a regular basis.
o Valid driver's license and own transportation and cell phone required.
o Previous maintenance experience required, team player and strong customer service skills.
