What do we make?
Muffins, Scones, Cookies, Brownies, Pastries, Pies, Donuts, and WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER WANTS (almost).
The BAKER will be part of a small team responsible for producing high quality baked goods. We look for employees with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and COMMUNICATION SKILLS. This position requires a confident, self-starter, who cares deeply for food, teamwork, and our customers. Respect, professionalism, dependability, and punctuality is expected from all of our employees.
Native is a fast paced environment with a busy production schedule. The right person will be able to maximize productivity while also providing a consistently high quality product and variety to keep our customers wanting more.
