MAX BMW Motorcycles, home to massive BMW Motorcycle Parts Department, is seeking a qualified Parts Manager for our North Hampton, NH location.
MAX BMW is the largest BMW Motorcycle dealer group in the United States; with 4 locations and a massive online parts business, there will be a large volume of BMW mechanical parts, accessories, and apparel available for you to sell to eager customers.
Sales experience selling technical gear and automotive/motorcycle parts is a MUST HAVE.
Ideal candidates will have 4 years of previous parts experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry and a strong track record of sales. You must have excellent customer service and phone skills and be able to keep up with a high call volume. You must also have some basic understanding of inventory control. Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required; however, you must be willing to be trained.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school or equivalent
Previous sales experience with a strong track record of sales
REQUIRED LICENSE AND BACKGROUND CHECK:
A motorcycle license is not required but is a plus.
Applicants will be asked to submit to an extensive background check
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 4 years automotive/motorcycle parts management experience
At least 4 years of customer service/sales experience
Work during hours of operations: Tuesday to Friday 8:30 am- 6:00 pm Sat 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
High level of motivation, energy and be able to work with a team
Excellent phone skills
Outstanding customer service
BMW BRAND motorcycle experience NOT required
