Lovering Auto Group, including NH's largest Volvo dealer, as well as Best Auto Dealer in Concord, Nashua and the Lakes Region by Best of Surveys for well over six years, is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in our Meredithlocation. This position will greet our customers in the Service Department and obtain the necessary information for vehicle repairs and maintenance. The service advisor is responsible for communicating with customers for vehicle repair and maintenance needs and to ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed correctly and efficiently. We take pride in having a very friendly and team based environment.The Service Advisor will be responsible for:Provide an excellent customer service experience.Assist with preparing and processing repair orders.Review repair orders to ensure that the work has been completed and additional work required is notedCommunicating with customers.Handle telephone and web inquiries regarding service work and appointments.Explain completed work and charges to customers.Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.Maintain a professional appearance.Job Requirements: Experience in luxury automotive dealership is a plus.Excellent communication skills a clear and confident communicator with very strong writing skills.Be a proactive self-starter.Attitude- one that includes optimism and positivity.
