Role Summary:The person in this role will serve as a technical expert and participate in or oversee of a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware, software, and network products in an information technology infrastructure environment. The role is split between day to day operational support for existing services / users and development of new servicesEssential Responsibilities:

Work on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business

Act as advisor and coach to junior team members

Lead teams of contractors to deliver complex technology solutions

Present to business leaders in specific technical space and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy

Design, implement, support, monitor and maintain Hooksett’s Data Center, including but not limited to server and storage hardware, LAN and WAN services, VOIP services, electrical supply (UPS, Generator), cooling and fire suppression systems and ensuring availability of infrastructure services

Design, implementation, support, monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure software platforms, including but not limited to server/client operating systems, database services, reporting platforms, VPN, Cisco infrastructure, and all other software based systems

Develop operational, installation, configuration and upgrade documentation for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage, software and other computer related systems

Serve as a liaison between other technical staff, management, users, and vendors regarding service requests, usage, standards, security, and other technical matters

Provide on site or remote access diagnoses and resolution of computer hardware and software problems

Provide local desktop support leadership and take part in the 24/7 On-Call IT leadership rotation and driving implementation of the IIOT reference architecture

Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experienceNote: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience Eligibility Requirement:-Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Project and Program Management

Experience in a manufacturing environment in the interconnection of manufacturing technologies

Expertise in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems

Knowledge of network environments and concepts such as TCP /IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory

Microsoft Server technology and infrastructure platforms including Windows server operating systems and databases (SQL)

Technical analysis, implementation, configuration, and upgrading of network infrastructure consisting of Cisco network LAN, WAN equipment and Cisco Wireless Infrastructure

Technical analysis, implementation, configuration, and upgrading of virtualized server infrastructure based on VMware

DELL and HP Servers and Storage infrastructure (NetApp + HP Direct Attached)

Understands concepts of setting and driving architecture direction

Familiar with concepts of costing hardware and software components. Works to assure work is on-time and within budget

Delivers tasks on-time with alignment to architectural goals. Can identify and raise issues, risks and benefits

Participates in change initiatives by implementing new directions and providing appropriate information and feedback
