Devises schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

Observes and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

Be instrumental to classify, identify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests

Coordinates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are focused, timely, and brief

Make it easier for the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

Associates with Product Owner/Product Manager to make sure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are unmistakable and attainable

Provide assistance to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

Establishes detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion

Works closely together and communicates with developers, designers, stakeholders, and technical team members

Coordinates and directs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments

Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards

Governs deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, Product Owner, and tech lead

Assists to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

States the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable

Operates as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, leading scrum ceremonies, and clearing obstacles

Supervises project planning

Works in partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

Convenes material from technical leads, business analysts, and QA leads into advice

Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager

Requirements

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills

Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

It is preferred for applicants to have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

You might be a good fit for this position if you have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

Candidates who are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies will be preferred

Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

PMP Certification experience desired

Deep understanding of Waterfall Agile

Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
