As a Compensation Manager II you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs and policies for the company. This includes analyzing market data to ensure the company's compensation plan is competitive and aligned with industry standards. You will have oversight of all aspects of compensation (base, bonus, Long-Term Incentives (LTI), rewards & recognition, labor budgets, etc.), and collaborate with business leaders and across HR to ensure SNC’s compensation programs remain competitive and support the company's overall business objectives.
