Spavia Day Spa is growing and seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team at the Summit in Reno. This is a full time position (32 to 40 hours/week) starting at $15 per hour PLUS commission and bonus opportunity.
Schedule will consist of weekdays and evenings but may require occasional weekends. This position will provide supervision for the guest advisor team, as well as have personal guest advisor/retail responsibilities.
Duties will include - team supervision & training, schedule management, creating the various team, retail and inventory reports for owner, as well as all guest advisor/retail duties.
Our retail & guest experience representatives (spa guest advisors) are here to help provide an exceptional guest experience, assist guests with reservations, retail and membership sales, and maintain a clean and friendly spa environment.
We strive to provide an exceptional experience for our guest at every touch point; advance reservations, greeting guests, checking guests in and out, maintaining a beautiful spa, sell products in our lifestyle boutique and sell memberships to our guests for optimal results. All front desk guest advisors must portray a polished and professional image at all times and are friendly, courteous and a team player.
Requirements: Ability to speak articulately, multitask, and have the desire to help people achieve wellness. You must advocate a drug & alcohol-free work place and looking for long-term employment. Previous retail sales & supervision experience a plus.
