Security /Part time /Shift 9:00 pm to 5:00 am/Compensation-starting $18.00 hourly
Rancharrah is a 141-acre master-planned community including the iconic Harrah Mansion once owned by Bill Harrah and is being transformed into The Club at Rancharrah, Northern Nevada’s consummate private club, also includes the Rancharrah Equestrian Center- A World Class Amenity. Rancharrah promises to be one of Reno's most prestigious new addresses. We are seeking part time Security Personnel to monitor the premise and maintain the safest and most secure environment for the residents, guests and boarders. Security will be responsible for providing high visibility patrol of all areas inside the gated community. We are seeking applicants with
previous security, military or law enforcement experience. Must be 18 years of age and pass background check.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-High school diploma or GED.
-Strong verbal, writing and analytical skills.
-Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- CPR/AED certification preferred
-Strong work ethic. Must be able to work with little to no direct supervision.
-Must be able to work with public, function well under pressure and in emergency situations.
-Ability to pass criminal background
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
-Provides building and grounds security; secures buildings and protects against theft, vandalism and inappropriate behavior
-Notify law enforcement of illegal activity and assist with investigation
-Write and distribute detailed reports for all security incidents
-Use nonviolent intervention techniques to diplomatically confront people using disruptive, offensive or inappropriate behavior, escort off property as necessary
-Assist other departments as needed
