MOBO LAW is a growing law firm with 12 attorneys and 8 paralegals. We have Nevada offices in Zephyr Cove, Reno and Crystal Bay/Incline Village. We have California offices in Truckee, Tahoe City, and Sacramento. MOBO LAW is seeking professional and qualified personnel.
We are a transactional and litigation firm that handles civil matters such as business law, construction law, estate planning, family law, labor law, real estate law, wrongful foreclosure and loan modification matters. We do not handle criminal law or plaintiff worker's compensation matters.
The ideal candidate(s) will be smart with excellent communication and computer skills. You must have a professional appearance and a reliable 4x4 or AWD vehicle (preferred but not required for Reno positions) and reside near the desired office. Available positions are as follows:
Zephyr Cove, NV - an administrative assistant, preferably with QuickBooks experience.
Zephyr Cove, NV - an experienced paralegal.
Zephyr Cove, NV - an attorney with 1-5 years of experience.
Reno, NV - an attorney with 1-5 years of experience.
Reno, NV - an experienced paralegal.
Crystal Bay/Incline Village, NV - an attorney with 1-5 years of experience.
Truckee, CA - an attorney with 1-5 years of experience.
Paralegals must be experienced with filing, research, calendaring, Word, Excel, pleadings, discovery, legal forms, court filing, process service and research. A notary is also preferred.
All compensation packages are DOE and include very generous benefits.
