We are a local, full service property maintenance business, based in South Lake Tahoe and we’re looking for a reliable person. You’ll never be bored, as all work changes daily. Must have a valid drivers license, must be able to lift a good amount of weight. Wages start at $14-16 DOE.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Summer duties:
Yard clean ups
Raking and picking up pine needles
Pulling weeds
Lawn mowing
Weed wacking
Possible chain saw work
Demo work
Pressure washing
Empty trash receptacles
Trash out of houses… sometimes can be nasty hoarder houses
Driving trucks with trailers (Depending on experience)
And much more
Winter duties:
Shoveling snow
Snowblowing
Equipment operator experience is a plus
Requirements:
Must be punctual, reliable, and hard working. We prefer experience, but will train the right person. We expect professional and positive attitudes.
