Tire Technician Position Summary

The Tire & Wheel / Alignment Technician (Service Specialist) is responsible for overseeing all activity within our service shop. They ensure shop safety guidelines are followed, paperwork is completed, and maintain shop inventory, product, tools, and equipment.

Service Specialists are generally offered as a full-time position offering a family atmosphere, great pay, as well as future growth potential. We also offer affordable benefits with a 401k, paid holidays, and we are closed on Sundays. Brand new Hunter equipment!

Requirements / Responsibilities:

Ability to mount, balance, install tires & wheels, 6+ months experience required

Use of tire and balancing machines, 6+ months experience required

Alignment experience preferred

ASE Certified a plus

TIA Certified a plus

Front end steering and suspension repair experience a plus

Bilingual in Spanish a plusAdditionally:

Overseeing all activity in the installation shop

Place product and supply orders

Check-in delivered merchandise

Label merchandise with item numbers

Organize delivered merchandise

Handle Return to Vendor merchandise when necessary

Identify and properly tag all returned products

Clean and maintain returned products

Maintain an organized inventory system

Control parts spending

Must be able to lift and organize heavy product

Other Requirements:

Valid state driver license with a clean driving history

Pass drug screen and background check (marijuana and drug free workplace)

Prior experience as an tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, auto tech, or an alignment tech is very helpful to the success at this opportunity.
