Soupa in the village of Squaw is looking for a Kitchen Manager/Chef to oversee the day to day operations. The menu consist of soups, sandwiches and quinoa bowls. We focus on high quality, seasonal ingredients and a menu that rotates weekly and monthly. Soupa is a fun and creative kitchen to work in. We are looking for someone that is passionate about cooking and food! Must be a team leader and lead by example. Must enjoy engaging with customers as the space is counter service. Duties include but are not limited to: overseeing menu, execution, timing, daily prep, ordering, managing food cost, receiving, stocking, cleaning, quality control of product, waste management, hiring, training and staffing appropriately. Hours run from 10:00am to 5:00pm daily. This is a year around position with steady employment. Benefits include a season pass at Squaw and two weeks paid time off during the shoulder season.
