Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking professional, mature candidates for full-time PORTER/GROUNDSKEEPER positions at our large, new upscale apartment community Harvest at Damonte Ranch in Reno, NV.
In your new role, you will provide property & grounds cleaning, various custodial/janitorial duties, and most importantly a warm and personable, customer-service enthusiasm.
PLEASE NOTE: Weekends are required. Background-check and drug test will also be required.
Daytime hours! Positions offering a competitive entry-level wage of $13/hour (full-time) or $15/hour (part-time), plus free maintenance technician training, a variety of medical/dental benefits plans, a 401k savings plan with company match, insurance, vision plan and other discounts.
