Tahoe Specialty Flooring & Window Design, North Lake Tahoe's premiere design showroom, Hunter Douglas Gallery and Lutron Shading dealer, is seeking an experienced, administrative professional to join our team. Our two beautiful showrooms feature fine carpet, custom window coverings and fabric library, hardwood, tile and natural stone.
Position Summary:
Billing and Job Costing
Purchasing and Receiving
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Bank deposits
Account reconciliation
Data Entry
Estimate and installation scheduling
Assist project managers with quote preparation
Client interaction and follow through
Sales support
General administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Customer service oriented with a positive can-do attitude.
Detail oriented and excited to embrace multiple and ever-changing priorities.
Highly organized with strong communication and problem solving skills.
Outstanding follow through, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
Enthusiasm, attention to detail and flexibility are important and required.
Thoroughly enjoy working with people.
Excellent computer skills including ability to learn and use client management software, internet research, email, MS Office suite, social media and smart phone/tablet.
Enjoy multi-tasking and working in a client-based, fast-paced environment.
Industry knowledge a plus
