We are looking for a Full time professional to join our team as an IT Support Technician
Job Summary
As an IT Support Technician you are responsible for maintaining the PC environment and providing technical support as needed.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
This is an IT support position where some experience is required. The successful candidate will have hands on experience managing, servicing and providing break/fix support to desktop and laptop computers and various IT hardware. Knowledge of software troubleshooting with positive results, an ability to respond to and maintain the ticketing system with the capacity to multitask and doing so with little supervision is desired. Strong customer service skills with an independent work ethic is a plus. The ability to prioritize workload, visualize a problem, provide resolution and think through and solve issues using strong PC skills and technical resources is highly desirable. An intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 while being ready to assist with various Hardware and Software projects in environments servicing and supporting local and remote users is a must.
An ability to lift up to 50 pounds with a willingness to being trained in other areas are requirements of this role.
Linux knowledge with hands on experience and IT certifications are a plus.
Skills/Requirements:
Candidate MUST have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Requires a minimum of 3 years computer break/fix customer support experience or its equivalent.
Some experience with cloud based software.
Must have reliable transportation.
Some weekend and after hours work.
Professional appearance is a must.

Hourly wage: $13-14/hr. DOE
