Preventive Measures Security has its own Dispatch Center which takes incoming/outgoing recorded dispatch calls from our officers in the field, residents, and clients.This is first and foremost a customer service position. Dispatchers will need to be able to deescalate calls, communicate with callers, and represent our brand and our clients with professionalism at all times.The ability to multi-task is an absolute must at all times while on duty. Therefore our dispatchers will need to be able to navigate through our whentowork.com scheduling system, Silvertrac Scanning Software, as well as operatea multi-screen computer, utilizing basic Microsoft Office systems.
Our dispatchers will take calls for services, gather all relevant data in order for our team to properly respond and address matters timely while of duty. Our dispatchers are the brainsof our operation while the office is closed.This position requires your ability to take calls, type, email D.A.R and maintains alertness for 8 to 10 hours per night and to ensure the standards of our brand is upheld overnight.The dispatchers would need to be able to contact emergency services for our officers in a calm and professional manner, with the ability to properly relay information, and request appropriate help.
Compensation: $10.00/ $11.00/ $12.00 per hour pending on-site and job duties

Applicants Must:
be able to pass a drug test
be able to obtain government clearance if necessary to meet client demand
be trustworthy and reliable
have excellent people skills, a positive upbeat attitude, and be able to maintain a neat personal appearance
have a smartphone in great working condition
have a clean driving record (Please provide DMV printout with resume or application)
have at least one year’s experience
be able to communicate with correct grammar
have reliable transportation and a smartphone
be well-groomed, clean and sober with no visible tattoos
have a professional presence at all times
