Large Property Management Division is looking for an Administrative Assistant with knowledge in Accounting. Licensed Realtor/Property Management Permitted a plus. Property Management Assistant must be highly motivated and can work well with others while completing several managerial and accounting deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Advance proficiency in working with property management software or the ability to learn from software tutorials
Advanced proficiency in working on an Apple desktop and smart phone.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Multitask all day-to-day operations
Know how to reconcile trust accounting bank statements
Log all requests into our proprietary software system.
Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages for Property Managers
Expedite the dispatch service for maintenance requests
Maintain ongoing maintenance status; and post billings
Customer Relations: exceed in quickly responding to all owners and tenants
Manage calendars including assisting in arranging field runners schedule
Protect company values by keeping information confidential
Must have the ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am 5:00 pm
Excellent attendance record
Full-time position and benefits after 90 days.
Salary dependent upon experience
