We are looking for a billing specialist for a residential HVAC and plumbing company in Las Vegas. We do not want just anyone applying to this opportunity! Requirements:
MUST HAVE PRIOR BILLING EXPERIENCE, IF NOT YOUR RESUME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!

2 years of experience in customer service and data entry.
Available for same day overtime on a daily basis.
Would prefer home warranty billing experience.
Must have professional typing and speaking skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Works well under pressure.
Multi task management.
Reliable and dependable.
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge in Excel, Outlook, MS Word.
Desco/ESC experience preferred.
Job Duties include, but not limited to:
Bill home warranty invoices in portal
Bill property management invoices
Track payments received
General office functions
Pull county & city permits when required
Schedule permit inspections
