ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Attention to detail with strong multi-function skills;
Maintain detailed accurate record keeping;
Filing new member paperwork, and logging into two databases;
Maintains accurate records in Excel spreadsheets temple events;
Ensure strict confidentiality of privileged information;
Additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The following are minimum requirements; all the requirements must be met before your application will even be considered:
4 years' administrative experience
Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
Proficient in use of standard office equipment, computer programs and have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, Publisher).
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with customers, co-workers, vendors, guests and members of the community.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Must be able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
Must maintain a positive, courteous and professional demeanor always.
Demonstrates key behaviors (Commitment, Coach-ability, Self-Assess, and Self-Motivation).
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Must pass Metro/Sheriff background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
There will be a typing speed test, Word test and an Excel test following a successful interview.
