Slot Club Representative
Enrolls customers in Club Binions; issues complimentaries through system; implements giveaways and special promotions as needed.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards which may be established by Binions is essential to the successful performance of this position. Team Members with irregular attendance will be subject to Binions disciplinary action procedures. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team Members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the property. Upon employment, all Team Members are required to comply with Binions policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of company facilities. Team Members who violate company policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action

Specialized Work Experience
1. Enrolls new customers in Club Binions and accurately describes benefits of club membership. 2. Issue duplicate cards to existing customers. 3. Issue complimentaries from customers accounts. 4. Redeems coupons and postcards issued by Marketing. 5. Group enrolls customers. 6. Flag accounts for bad mail. 7. Accurately answers customer questions regarding promotions and special events. 8. Accurately directs customers to various locations in casino. 9. Ensures that paperwork is complete (promotion and void logs) each day. 10. Ensures Club Binions is maintained and kept in order.
