Las Vegas Home Health Care, Inc. is searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Liaison. Our ideal candidate would share our mission of providing quality patient care performed by proficient, compassionate, and respectful staff in the comfort of the patients home. Requirements:
Familiarity with the Las Vegas, Henderson area and culture
Self-motivated with the ability to work in groups or independently
High quality customer service skills
Ability to develop long lasting relationships through top notch interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask under high stress environments while maintaining a professional demeanor
Excellent communication, presentation, observation, and listening skills
1 year or more of Healthcare marketing, Communication, or Business Development experience
Valid Las Vegas Driver's License, reliable transportation and current insurance coverage
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Seek out and maintain relationships with new client referral sources
Prepare presentations and proposals highlighting the benefits of developing business relationships with our company using our company's marketing materials
Assist in the design and creation of company marketing materials
Submit status reports on marketing efforts based on information collected using company benchmarks
Find and participate in community fairs, senior related events, and any other event that would promote our services and company
Search territory to find ways to expand our company's referral base
Researches competition to find ways to improve our services and marketing plan
