Our Company has one exciting mission: To entertain the human race .The Workforce Management Clerk is responsible for providing internal guest service to employees at the Workforce Management window while consistently demonstrating ARIA guest service standards. This includes answering scheduling questions, responding to the Workforce Management email box, vacation request assistance, password resets and generating, auditing and distributing time and labor reports. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices, and procedure.

Provides useful suggestions and recommendations to employees to enhance their employee experience through Workday self-service.

Performs special projects as requested by department management.

Performs administrative and clerical support related to other areas of Workforce Management.

Review DAR to update Virtual Roster as needed.

Work with multiple operational areas outside of the immediate functional area to complete assignments.

Provide administration support with regards to employee time and attendance.

Performs other job related duties as requested.

Required:

At least 1 year of guest service experience, administrative/clerical and/or related experience

Excellent customer service skills.

Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

At least 1 year of scheduling experience.

Bi-lingual.

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
